OUR SESSIONS

London Fields Triathlon Club do the following sessions...

SATURDAY

We meet every Saturday morning for a swim and run session at London Fields.

We meet at the lido just before 7am for a one hour coached swimming session - we have 4 lanes for quicker and less quick swimmers, working on technique and fitness. After that we do a coached 1 hour run in London Fields. This usually involves interval training and includes a warm up and cool down.

These sessions are very popular so we need to book places in advance - email us to join the mailing list and get more info. The session costs £6, or £2 if you just join us for the run.


SUNDAY

We meet every Sunday morning for a swim session at London Fields lido.

We meet at the lido just before 8am for a one hour coached swimming session - we have 2 lanes for quicker and less quick swimmers, working on technique and fitness.

These sessions are very popular so we need to book places in advance - email us to join the mailing list and get more info. The session costs £6, or £2 if you just join us for the run.

TUESDAY

Based in Victoria Park at the ash track over the summer and Well Street Common (South-East corner) over the winter. This session involves interval training and includes a warm up and cool down. The sessions start at 7pm.

WEDNESDAY

We have a beginners technique swimming session at Kings Hall. These sessions are for people who can already swim, but are weaker here, or nervous about this part of the triathlon. Join the mailing list for more info. The session costs £6.

Straight after that we have a fitness swim for more experienced swimmers. This one hour session also costs £6.

THURSDAY

Coach Karl runs our Spin for Tri course at Fitness 4 Less. Email if you want to join up! It's £24 for 6 weeks.
